Marcel Galvin

Finance Director / Company Secretary, HowTo.tv - After carving out a successful career in the banking and finance sector, Marcel teamed up with investor Stephen Rubin (Pentland Group Plc & Robert Stephen Holdings Plc) to establish a TV production company. He has worked with both terrestrial and non-terrestrial broadcasters, further to working on a number of projects which have enjoyed a synergy with Markettiers4dc. Marcel became Finance Director and Company Secretary at markettiers4dc six years ago. Marcel's executive function will be to head up finance side of the HowTo.tv Prior to 1995, Marcel was a senior figure in finance and banking, and has enjoyed valuable exposure to project finance, investment and venture capital related transactions, working with businesses, small, medium and large. This experience will prove important to the benefit of the independent growth of the business.

Russell Goldsmith

Co-Founder & Digital Director, HowTo.tv - Russell has been involved in online marketing since '95 when he joined software house Harlequin and set up their website that enabled clients to purchase their software over the Internet via a secure e-commerce platform (long before most people had bought a book off Amazon!). In '96 he moved to Foresight Media where he was Business Development Director overseeing the web presence of clients such as BBC Radio 2, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems. He joined up with Howard in '98 when he became Joint MD of 4DC which merged with The Market Tiers in '00, when Russell assumed the role of Digital Media Director. He regularly lectures on media convergence and brand funded programming at conferences and seminars and his first book, 'Viral marketing: make people your willing advocates' was published by Prentice Hall.

FSI, Chairman of Killik Capital, Partner - Paul joined Killik & Co in 1993. He runs a large team of Brokers and analysts and provides analysis for broadcast, print and online media. Paul is responsible for the firm's Contracts for Difference and Spread Betting services and has a particular passion for spotting early trading opportunities

is the Chairman of Killik Employee Share Services and the joint founder and senior partner of Killik & Co, an independent firm of private client stockbrokers. Killik & Co offers advisory access to the market through a branch network in the London area. Paul is on the Exchange Markets Group and the Private Client Broker Group of the London Stock Exchange, a board member of the Association of Private Client Investment Managers and Stockbrokers, the trade association for Stockbrokers, and a member of the Securities Institute

Founder & Chairman, HowTo.tv - MD of broadcast specialist, markettiers4dc, Howard founded The Market Tiers Ltd in '94 initially specialising in editorial radio services and a year later launched a radio sponsorship and promotions division. In '98 he established 4DC, as an online marketing specialist and in '02 expanded his company's services with the launch of Tickbox.net as a research division. Then, in '05 he opened a full spec TV studio with a link to BT Tower for down-the-line TV interviews and live web-TV programmes. In the past 13 years he has been responsible for introducing many brands to Broadcast PR for the first time, including Vodafone, Camelot, Dyson, Barclays and CORGI. He regularly speaks at many Broadcast Convergence Conferences and sits on the Digital Convergence Panel, and is seen as a leading exponent of new broadcast technologies to the benefit of the communications industry.

is the Managing Director of Killik Employee Share Services and a partner of Killik & Co. He was recruited from Lloyds TSB Registrars and has 11 years experience with all kinds of employee share plans. Martin is customer focussed and is responsible for the services that Killik Employee Share Services offer.
